New Eyes Ordering Process
STEP 1
The first step of the order is...
- In the box located below as you scroll down, enter the Evoucher Number you received from New Eyes.
- This will generate a unique discount code for your order. Copy this code and use it as a discount at checkout to receive your glasses at no cost.
- This code will be good for one use and will cover the full cost (including shipping) of one clear pair of polycarbonate single vision or lined bifocal lenses in a frame from our evoucher frame collections.
- Children's evouchers cover two pair, but they must be placed in the same order for the code to work correctly.
STEP 2
The second step of the order is...
- Select a frame collection (Men, Women, or Children) and choose the frame you would like. You may use our virtual try-on to select the frame best suited to you.
- Then enter the information on your eyeglass prescription or you may upload your prescription and choose any optional upgrades if desired (at an additional cost to the evoucher client) and add it to your cart.
- If you would like to purchase additional pairs of eyewear at the low-cost price indicated on the website, you may do so and still use your coupon code for the original eyewear provided by New Eyes' evoucher program.
STEP 3
The third step of the order is...
- Be sure to enter the coupon code from Step 1 at checkout.
- NOTE: Evouchers for children cover two pairs. In order for the discount code to work, you must have at least two pairs of eyewear in your cart.
- We process the order and send it to the secure address you provided.
As each order is custom made, it may take 5-7 business days to ship. You should receive an email/text with order confirmation and tracking once the glasses have shipped.
