Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. Since every pair is custom made, delays in production are always possible. If you are concerned about your order, please contact us for details. 

Shipping cost is calculated based on the carrier selected and items in your order at checkout. All orders that fall completely within the evoucher program include economy shipping, however you may choose to upgrade this. If an order contains products in addition to that offered by the evoucher program, shipping will be charged. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@neweyesglasses.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to fix it.
