Protection Plan

This is enhanced protection for your eyewear, that goes beyond the one-year warranty that solely covers  manufacturer defects.

This offers coverage for a ONE TIME replacement of a single pair of eyewear (including shipping) under the following circumstances. 

Damage  (within 1 year of receiving the order)

If you step on, break, or otherwise damage the eyewear. 

Prescription Change (within 30 days of receiving the order) 

If you can't see and your initial prescription details were entered accurately, you can get an updated prescription within the 30 days and we will send you a new pair.  Requires a new prescription dated after the date of the order. Does not cover entry errors. 

Frame Change (within 30 days of receiving the order)

If your frame is too small, too big, or a shape or color you don't like.

This protection policy does NOT cover loss or theft. 

Please note: We may ask for photos of the eyewear in cases of damage to ensure it is covered under this policy. 

Each purchase of a protection plan applies to a single pair of eyewear in an order. Orders with multiple pair will need multiple plans.
